Abstract Moringa oleifera leaves of different ages grown in Binh Phuoc, Vietnam were harvested for methanol extraction, total polyphenol content (TPC) and biological activity determination. Three groups age collected research including 5-10 days-old (L1), 25-30 (L2) 45-50 (L3). The TPC determined (mg GAE/g crude extract) leaf methanolic extract (LME) was 64.43 ± 2.57; 47.75 3.11 24.8 4 1.72 L1, L2, L3 respectively. Anti-bacterial days old extracts (100 mg/mL) showed the significant results against Escherichia coli ( 15.67 1.58 mm) , Staphylococcus aureus 12.67 1.76 compared to from other ages. This group also revealed anticoagulant with longer Prothrombin time (PT) lasting 26.153 1.6(s). As a result, conducted antibacterial serum formulation. After 14 preservation conditions, preserved cold temperature 2-8°C (NT1) S. resistant (15.23 0.76 more slightly effective than one room 30-32°C (NT2) as 11.17 0.62 mm, which initially stated significance on final product during preservation.

Metabolic-Associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD) is a clinical-pathological scenario that occurs due to the accumulation of triglycerides in hepatocytes which considered significant cause liver conditions and contributes an increased risk death worldwide. Even though possible causes MAFLD can involve interaction genetics, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle (diet sedentary lifestyle) most influential factor developing this condition. Polyphenols comprise many natural chemical compounds be helpful managing metabolic diseases. Therefore, aim review was investigate impact oxidative stress, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, role polyphenols MAFLD. Some reverse part damage related or among them are anthocyanin, baicalin, catechin, curcumin, chlorogenic acid, didymin, epigallocatechin-3-gallate, luteolin, mangiferin, puerarin, punicalagin, resveratrol, silymarin. These have actions reducing plasma enzymes, body mass index, waist circumference, adipose visceral indices, lipids, glycated hemoglobin, insulin resistance, HOMA index. They also reduce nuclear factor-KB (NF-KB), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), blood pressure, fat content, steatosis fibrosis. On other hand, they improve HDL-c, adiponectin levels, fibrogenesis markers. results show promising prevention treatment

Abstract FN-doped carbon dots were synthesized using powdered leaves of Moringa oleifera L./ Chromolaena odorata Tridax procumbens Tinospora cordifolia and Lantana camara L., along with a precursor called 4,5-difluoro-1,2-benzenediamine (DFBD) compared against the drug zaltoprofen derived dots. They assessed for their optical structural characteristics photoluminescence (optimal emission λ 600 nm), vibrational (FTIR) spectroscopy (characteristic wave numbers 1156 1269 cm −1 C–F), as well X-ray diffraction (XRD) (highest intensity at 27.56°) high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) (particles in size range 15–20 nm). Further, field scanning (FESEM) / energy dispersive (EDX) indicated FN doping oval/oblong Membrane protection percent is found to be 55.3 80.4 FN-CDs Z-FN-CDs respectively. The DPPH-free radical scavenging activity by was 69.4%, while Z-FN-CDs, it 54.2%. When tested on six bacterial strains (three each gram-positive gram-negative), displayed halo (ZOI) between 9 19 mm, whereas clearance zone 17 mm. showed significant emission-red-shift effects demonstrated concentration-dependent biocompatibility viability neuroblastoma beta-TC6-cell lines.

Moringa oleifera (MO) has gained recognition as a potent natural intervention for preventing and managing chronic diseases (CDs) due to its diverse phytochemical composition pharmacological properties. Rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, glucosinolates, MO exerts anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperglycemic, cardioprotective, anti-obesity effects. These properties make it valuable therapeutic agent CDs, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, neurodegenerative disorders, cancer. MO’s ability modulate oxidative stress inflammation—key drivers of CDs—highlights significant role disease prevention treatment. enhances insulin sensitivity, regulates lipid profiles blood pressure, reduces inflammation, protects against damage. also modulates key signaling pathways involved cancer liver prevention. Studies suggest that extracts possess anticancer activity by modulating apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, interacting with pathways, YAP/TAZ, Nrf2-Keap1, TLR4/NF-κB, Wnt/β-catenin. However, challenges such variability bioactive compounds, taste acceptability, inconsistent clinical outcomes limit their widespread application. While preclinical studies support efficacy, large-scale trials, standardized formulations, advanced delivery methods are needed optimize potential. multifunctional applications promising sustainable solution combating especially resource-limited settings.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) represents a devastating condition that profoundly impacts the quality of life for both affected individuals and their families. Currently, there is no viable treatment AD. Conventional drugs AD provide symptomatic relief by temporarily improving cognitive function or slowing progression specific symptoms. These medications do not stop reverse underlying neurodegeneration, offering only modest benefits in managing disease, often come with unpleasant side effects, making adherence challenging patients. Natural treatments made from plants have drawn interest potential to lessen symptoms while having lesser side-effect profile. Among these, Moringa oleifera ( M. ), also referred as “miracle tree,” has gained attention its wide range health benefits, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory neuroprotective properties. By delving into bioactive compounds underpinning mechanisms action, exploring through various omics technologies, addressing challenges associated standardization, this review provides an in-depth analysis therapy. This highlights need further research unlock full spectrum factors could enhance efficacy combating bridging phytochemical properties practical therapeutic applications. Therefore, understanding harnessing pave way more effective interventions management.
