Abstract
Moringa
oleifera
leaves
of
different
ages
grown
in
Binh
Phuoc,
Vietnam
were
harvested
for
methanol
extraction,
total
polyphenol
content
(TPC)
and
biological
activity
determination.
Three
groups
age
collected
research
including
5-10
days-old
(L1),
25-30
(L2)
45-50
(L3).
The
TPC
determined
(mg

crude
extract)
leaf
methanolic
extract

was

Background:
Moringa
oleifera
is
one
of
the
most
famous
plants
used
for
medicinal
purposes.
Its
leaf
extracts
have
antimicrobial
activity
and
antioxidant
activities,
reduce
swelling
in
ulcers.
Objectives:
The
present
article
aimed
to
determine
metabolic
profile
from
two
samples
originating
India
evaluate
vitro
ex
vivo
their
biological
activities.
Methods:
properties
(methanol,
50%
ethanol,
70%
ethanol)
were
studied
antimicrobial,
anti-inflammatory,
contractile
effects

by
assaying
circularly

Background:
Moringa
oleifera
pods

Chlorpyrifos
(CPF)
is
one
of
the
most
commonly
used
organophosphosphate-based
(OP)
insecticides.
Its
wide
use
has
led
to
higher
morbidity
and
mortality,
especially
in
developing
countries.
Moringa
seed
extracts
(MSE)
have
shown
neuroprotective
activity,
antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory,
antibacterial
features.
The
literature
lacks
data
investigating
role
MSE
against
CPF-induced
cerebral
ocular
toxicity
mice.
Therefore,
we
aim
investigate
this
concern.
A
total
40
mature
male
Wistar
Albino
mice
were
randomly
distributed
five
groups.
Initially,
they
underwent
a
one-week
adaptation
period,
followed
by
treatment
regimen.
groups
included
control
group
that
received
saline,
100
mg/kg,
CPF
12
CPF-MSE
50
mg/kg.
After
phase,
analyses
conducted
on
serum,
ocular,
tissues.
