Soil salinization has seriously restricted the development of agriculture. The grassland in north-east China has an important ecological service function. However, freeze-thaw, alkaline salt, and Solanum rostratum Dunal often have adverse effects on the stability of ecosystem this region. In study, combined stress S. extract rye (Secale cereale) were discussed. It was found that salt (AR) inhibited seed germination seedling growth rye. Compared with AR non-freeze-thaw group, contents soluble protein (SP), malondialdehyde (MDA) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) seedlings significantly increased under (FAR), activities superoxide dismutase (SOD) peroxidase (POD) increased. Photosynthetic indices (Tr, Pn, gs, Ci) decreased. results indicated freeze-thaw could aggravate treatment seedlings. Therefore, period frequent it is to carry out timely targeted control measures for reduce ecosystem, which conducive security maintenance China.
