The physicochemical properties (size, shape, zeta potential, porosity, elasticity, etc.) of nanocarriers influence their biological behavior directly, which may result in alterations the therapeutic outcome. Understanding effect shape on cellular interaction and biodistribution intravenously injected particles could have fundamental importance for rational design drug delivery systems. In present study, spherical, rod elliptical disk-shaped PLGA nanoparticles were developed examining systematically vitro vivo. An important finding is that release encapsulated human serum albumin (HSA) was significantly higher spherical compared to disks, indicating can make a difference. Safety studies showed toxicity not dependent studied concentration range. This study has pioneering findings comparing terms particle size, size distribution, colloidal stability, morphology, encapsulation, release, safety nanoparticles, uptake biodistribution. Nude mice bearing non-small cell lung cancer treated with 3 differently shaped accumulation tumor tissue other organs statistically different (p > 0.05). It found 1.00, 4.0 ± 0.5, 7.5 0.5 aspect ratios did differ total cancer.

Polymers are widely employed in several fields thanks to their wide versatility and the easy derivatization routes. However, a range of commercial polymers suffer from limited use on large scale due inert nature. Nowadays, acrylate methacrylate polymers, which respectively derivatives acrylic or methacrylic acid, among most proposed materials for useful characteristics like good biocompatibility, capping ability toward metal clusters, low price, potentially recyclability reusability. Here, we discuss advantages challenges this class smart focusing our attention current technological applications medical, electronic, food packaging environmental remediation fields. Furthermore, deal with main issue recyclability, considering that bioplastics not yet able meet global needs as much totally replace fossil-fuel-based products. Finally, accredited strategies reach recyclable composites based described.
