In this work, a novel molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was proposed based on molecular imprinting technology for the detection of sulfamethazine. A glassy carbon electrode modified with composite material nanotubes and graphene quantum dots to effectively improve sensitivity. The then prepared by electropolymerization using sulfamethazine as template o-phenylenediamine functional monomer electrode. Under optimal measurement conditions, tests different concentrations (0.5 μM–200 μM) showed excellent linearity limit 0.068 μM. addition, demonstrated satisfactory selectivity, stability, reusability. Furthermore, applied spiked analysis in grouper aquaculture water, achieving recovery rates between 95.4% 104.8%, relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 4.14%. These results indicated that developed method effective seawater, providing new approach antibiotic residues seawater samples.
