This article describes the results of a comprehensive comparative study production fatty acid ethyl esters (FAEEs) for use as biodiesel in perfect mixing reactors (PMRs) and plug flow (PFRs). The products obtained on laboratory scale at all stages separation purification FAEE phase were analyzed using FTIR, XRF GC-MS methods. We compared distillation methods stoichiometrically excessive ethanol from reaction mixture. Neutralization with H2SO4 solution carbonation CO2 applied catalyst. This article presents the prospect of using process deep hydrodesulfurization and hydrodearomatization secondary gas oils highly active NiMo catalysts to obtain hydrocarbon bases for drilling fluids. Catalysts were synthesized PMo heteropolyanions, citric acid, diethylene glycol on alumina carriers with different pore volumes. study showed that concentration impregnating solution affects composition morphology phase particles prepared catalyst, while textural characteristics carrier influence physicochemical properties catalytic activity NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts. The catalyst was a largest volume an effective diameter more than 7 nm exhibited highest activity.
