The main target of the current framework is designing and synthesizing novel iron(III), cobalt(II), cupper(II) complex compounds emanating from bioactive nucleus, 4-hydroxy-2H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-2,5(6H)-dione ligand, to enhance comprehension as potential antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant alternatives by means using DFT calculations molecular docking investigation. Thus, new complexes had been synthesized characterized various analytical techniques, including elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, UV conductivity, magnetic testing, well thermal analysis. ligand exhibits monobasic bidentate OO donor properties toward metal core, shown its spectroscopic characteristics. use analysis techniques allows for identification characterization water molecules present inside complexes, determination their distribution patterns. structures free have verified through density functional theory (DFT) simulations. Honeybee pollen is the most important food and protein source for bees. It a highly nutritious natural product humans due to its content. Pollen shows different phytochemical content variable biological activity according geography vegetation. Therefore, in this study, comprehensive by LC-MS/MS, antioxidant properties assays, with enzyme inhibition potential; antidiabetic, anticholinergic, antiglaucoma properties, were determined from sample Bingöl province, one of significant beekeeping centers Türkiye. As result 15 metabolites determined, highest concentration quinic acid (1.531 mg analyte/g extract) was found. Antioxidant results: total phenolic 113.14 GAE/g, flavonoid 64.11 QE/g, Fe3+ reduction 0.43 μg/mL, CUPRAC 0.511 FRAP 0.976 DPPH IC50: 1.06 ABTS 0.933 DMPD 0.598 μg/mL. In addition, showed antiglaucoma, antidiabetic inhibiting carbonic anhydrase isoenzyme II (hCA II), acetylcholinesterase (AChE), α- amylase enzymes, respectively. it that has and, first time, inhibits hCA II, AChE, α-amylase enzymes.

Abstract Reactive oxygen species reacts with numerous molecules in the body system causing oxidative damage, which requires antioxidants to ameliorate. Pleurotus ostreatus , a highly nutritious edible mushroom, has been reported be rich bioactive compounds. This study evaluated comparative antioxidant activity and phytochemical contents of five extracts P. : aqueous (AE), chloroform (CE), ethanol (EE), methanol (ME) n-hexane (HE). The composition were determined using standard in-vitro assay methods. Results showed that contained alkaloids, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, terpenoids, phenolics, cardiac glycosides, carbohydrates, anthrocyanins, betacyanins varied amounts. CE had highest flavonoid content (104.83 ± 29.46 mg/100 g); AE gave phenol 24.14 0.02 g; tannin was EE (25.12 0.06 HE amounts alkaloids (187.60 0.28 g) saponins (0.16 0.00 g). Antioxidant analyses revealed best hydroxyl radical 250% at 100 µg/ml ferric cyanide reducing power 8495 µg/ml; ME maximum DPPH (87.67%) hydrogen peroxide scavenging (65.58%) 500 nitric oxide inhibition 65.81% ascorbate peroxidase 1.60 (iU/l). total capacity (5.27 GAE µg/ml) ferrous iron chelating (99.23% while guaiacol 0.20(iU/l). characteristics (IC 50 ) followed order: > HE. Abstract Diabetes is a life‐threatening disease that affects different parts of the body including liver, kidney, and pancreas. The core root diabetes mainly linked to oxidative stress produced by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Berberis lyceum Royle (BLR) source natural products. It comprises numerous bioactive compounds having antioxidant activities. In current investigation, silver nanoparticles from BLR extract were synthesized, characterized, assessed for antidiabetic potential. UV spectrophotometry, Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infra‐red spectroscopy (FTIR), x‐ray diffraction (XRD) applied characterization NPs. was evident morphological studies synthesized NPs spherical average size 11.02 nm. Results revealed BLR‐AgNPs showed higher radical scavenging activity as compared extract. Polysaccharides are abundant macromolecules. The study extracted date seed polysaccharides (UPS) using ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction to valorize seeds. UPS were subjected comprehensive characterization and evaluation of their bioactivity, prebiotic properties, potential modulate the gut microbiome. Characterization revealed UPS's heteropolysaccharide composition with galactose, mannose, fructose, glucose, galacturonic acid respectively in 66.1, 13.3, 9.9, 5.4, 5.1%. showed a concentration-dependent increase radical scavenging antioxidant activities, evidenced by FRAP, TAC, RP assays. They also displayed antimicrobial efficacy against E. coli O157:H7, S. typhimurium, aureus, L. monocytogenes. Rheological analysis elastic-dominant nature thixotropic tendencies. inhibited α-glycosidase, α-amylase, ACE up 86%, reduced Caco-2 MCF-7 cell viability 70% 46%, respectively. favored beneficial microbiota growth, releasing significant SCFAs during fecal fermentation.
