Hydrogen is gaining prominence as a sustainable energy source in the UK, aligning with country’s commitment to advancing development across diverse sectors. However, rigorous examination of interplay between hydrogen economy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) imperative. This study addresses this imperative by comprehensively assessing risks associated production, storage, transportation, utilization. The overarching aim establish robust framework that ensures secure deployment operation hydrogen-based technologies within UK’s trajectory. Considering unique characteristics landscape, infrastructure, policy framework, paper presents practical viable recommendations facilitate safe effective integration into SDGs. To sophisticated decision making, it proposes using an advanced Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) tool, incorporating regret theory 2-tuple spherical linguistic environment. tool enables nuanced decision-making process, yielding actionable insights. analysis reveals Incident Reporting Learning, Robust Regulatory Framework, Safety Standards, Codes are pivotal safety factors. At same time, Clean Energy Access, Climate Action, Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure identified most influential information provides valuable guidance for policymakers, industry stakeholders, regulators. It empowers them make well-informed strategic decisions prioritize actions bolster UK transitions towards system. In the field of industrial equipment reliability assessment, dependency on either degradation or failure time data is common. However, practical applications often reveal that single-type for certain are insufficient a comprehensive assessment. This paper introduces Bayesian-fusion-based methodology to enhance assessment equipment. This study aims to identify the challenges in implementing a pragmatic approach teaching productive English language skills secondary school students Uzbekistan. A qualitative research method was employed, including face-to-face interviews and structured observations. Twenty teachers from Namangan region participated discussing their awareness of approach, its advantages, faced application. Additionally, observations were conducted over two months 15 sessions at various schools. The findings indicate that effectively enhances students' communication, problem-solving, confidence, collaboration skills.
