Background/Objectives: This systematic review explores the utilization of electrospinning for incorporation natural compounds, focusing on their pharmacological applications. Methods: focused studies investigating bioactive compounds into nanofibers produced via technique The search was conducted English-language articles published online between 1 January 2013 and 10 December 2023. followed a structured approach, excluding articles, clinical studies, gray literature such as unpublished works, non-peer-reviewed journals, theses, industry data. Results: 99 highlighted advantages electrospun in tissue regeneration, infection control, controlled drug release, with notable potential oncology targeted antitumor delivery. It discussed influence polymers solvents fiber characteristics identified significant gap cosmetic applications, emphasizing technique’s prolonged release improved ingredient stability. Additionally, this noted underutilization marine-derived substances, which possess rich properties that could benefit biomedical fields. Conclusions: highlights including promising oncology. However, gaps were field use substances. Future advancements technology interdisciplinary collaboration are essential to unlocking its full medicine cosmetics.
