(1) Background: Adolescence is a critical period for the initiation of consumption alcohol, which toxic substance most commonly used by young people. Given serious impact alcohol on youth, there an extensive body literature that examines facilitators and barriers to among adolescents. Among barriers, several reports highlight being member religious community protective factor against consumption. This review critically evaluates the existing literature on youth punishment system (YPS)-involved Black girls and their intersections of with trauma post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It synthesizes findings from previous studies, identifying key research trends, gaps, controversies, while also highlighting areas in need further investigation. girls, particularly those involved systems such as juvenile justice, child welfare, education, often face disproportionate exposure to violence, abuse neglect, trauma, systemic racism. This study sought answers to two questions; Do high levels of subjective religiosity negatively impact collegiate utilization professional mental health services? college students with report favorable outcomes when they engage in counseling? This research involved the use of secondary data obtained from 2021 Healthy Minds Survey involving students 140 US colleges and universities. A total 132,261 responded to initial question, How important is religion in your life? sought an answer question: Do high levels subjective religiosity negate participation counseling or therapy?
