Pre-Assessment Research of Regional Spatial Planning from the Perspective of Spatial Evolution

As
an
important
policy
tool
for
guiding
the
development
and
protection
of
territorial
space,
specific
impact
spatial
planning
on
evolution
space
effects
its
implementation
have
not
yet
been
fully
recognized.
At
formulation
stage,
feedback
cycle
effect
is
too
long,
adjustment
slow
to
take
effect.
This
directly
affects
effectiveness
relevance
implementation.
In
this
study,
we
propose
a
framework
pre-assessment
regional
based
space.
We
construct
indicator
system
from
four
dimensions
pre-assess
planning.
The
results
show
that
land
use
change
simulation
model,
historical
data
coupled
with
elements,
achieves
accuracy
0.8457,
which
can
accurately
reflect
evaluation
that:

Carbon

economic

and
environmental

consumption
socio-economic

Memory
(LSTM)
network
evaluated
using
factor

both
urban–rural
cross-regional
transfers

positively
contribute
emissions,

combination

most
significant
benefits.
