The accelerated evolution of technology in the last decade has enabled breakthroughs fields science such as medicine, robotics, bionics and rehabilitation by integrating knowledge techniques from these areas. Textile-based wearable robotics increasingly integrates sensing and energy materials to enhance functionality, particularly in physiological monitoring, demanding higher-performing abundant robotic textiles. Among the alternatives, activated carbon cloth stands out due its monolithic nature high specific surface area, enabling uninterrupted electron transfer storage capability electrical double layer, respectively. Soft wearable robotics presents an opportunity to bridge and textiles, offering lightweight, flexible, ergonomic solutions for human-robot interaction, but previous studies on soft primarily focus actuator performance without also considering wearability interactivity. A rudimentary attachment method is usually adopted using external fixation devices such as straps attach actuators the user's body, resulting in a poor wearing experience. This study compatible compact textile architectures support be seamlessly integrated into daily wearing. It research-through-design propose innovative knitting-integrated approaches pneumatic design provide robots with both aesthetic functional values. Through series of tests which various knitting techniques parameters are used create sleeves that house silicone actuators, it explores possibilities understands complex relationships between textiles actuators.
