The Internet of things (IoT) accommodates lightweight sensor/actuator devices with limited resources; hence, more efficient methods for known challenges are sought after. Message queue telemetry transport (MQTT) is a publish/subscribe-based protocol that allows resource-efficient communication among clients, so-called brokers, and servers. However, it lacks viable security features beyond username/password checks, yet transport-layer (TLS/HTTPS) not constrained devices. MQTT also mutual authentication clients brokers. To address the issue, we developed role-based authorization scheme applications (MARAS). It brings to network via dynamic access tokens, hash-based message code (HMAC)-based one-time passwords (HOTP), advanced encryption standard (AES), hash chains, trusted server running OAuth2.0 along MQTT. This paper presents a machine learning (ML)-based approach for the intelligent control of Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) utilized in solar panel cleaning systems, aiming to mitigate challenges arising from uncertainties, disturbances, and dynamic environments. Solar panels, predominantly situated dedicated lands energy production (e.g., agricultural farms), are susceptible dust debris accumulation, leading diminished absorption. Instead labor-intensive manual cleaning, robotic cleaners offer viable solution. AVs equipped transport precisely position these robots indispensable efficient navigation among arrays.
