Due to deteriorating soil, varying climes, and rising costs, agriculture today faces a number of difficulties. Additionally, crop health, which is mostly impacted by diseases, significant problem in agriculture, hurting both the quality volume produce. In many fields science technology, disease control has been research focus. Smart Precision Agriculture (SPA) novel agricultural management approach that aims maximize performance while reducing environmental impact making use information about geographical temporal variability crops. Artificial intelligence, data storage, processing power, sensor technology have all demonstrated potential for control. The increasing corpus shown value utilizing from types machine learning techniques create models prediction, detection, evaluation, analysis, etc. This article examines cutting-edge methods decision support systems based on AI IoT, sources, are used efficient health management.

The growing need for food and water throughout the world has put precision agriculture in spotlight lately. In order to fulfil this demand, farmers will require access fertile land. Farmers a solution that alters their operations since both resources are scarce. key producing larger, better, more lucrative crops with less is irrigation. To enhance utilization efficiency, several machine learning-driven irrigation models have been proposed. However, these face challenges regions unpredictable climates due limited learning capabilities. This study introduces an intelligent system agriculture, leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) deep neural networks. system, incorporating feedback mechanisms, exhibits sustained performance over time, independent local weather conditions. A long short-term memory network (LSTM) employed predict schedules, required amounts agricultural land, geographic allocation water. Simulation results unequivocally demonstrate that, experimental area, model surpasses efficiency most recent utilization.

Messaging protocols for the Internet of Things (IoT) play a crucial role in facilitating efficient product creation and waste reduction, enhancing agricultural process efficiency within realm smart greenhouses. Publish–subscribe (pub-sub) systems improve communication between IoT devices cloud platforms. Nevertheless, technology is required to effectively handle considerable volume subscriptions or topic adjustments from several clients concurrently. In addition, subscription throughput an essential factor pub-sub mechanism, as it directly influences speed at which messages may be sent subscribers. The primary focus this paper pertains performance assessment proposed message categorization architecture Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) broker. This aims establish standardized approach topics generate new with various characteristics. We also standardize form MQTT protocol broker payload based on greenhouse specifications. establishment classification enhances operational effectiveness broker, reduces data volume, concurrently augments number events transmitted environment central server per-second basis. Our validated across multiple brokers, including Mosquitto, ActiveMQ, Bevywise, EMQ X, showing enhanced flexibility, extensibility, simplicity while maintaining full compatibility environments. Key findings demonstrate significant improvements metrics. processing time Active MQ was increased approximately five-fold all QoS levels compared original. Subscription Bevywise Route 2.0 QoS0 reached 1453.053, 290.610 original surged 394.79 1973.95. These architecture’s potential broader applications systems.
