Over the last decade, autoimmune diseases (ADs) have undergone a significant increase because of genetic and/or environmental factors; therefore, their simple and fast diagnosis is high importance. The conventional diagnostic techniques for ADs require tedious sample preparation, sophisticated instruments, dedicated laboratory, qualified personnel. For these reasons, biosensors could represent useful alternative to methods. Biosensors are considered be promising tools that can used in clinical analysis an early due sensitivity, simplicity, low cost, possible miniaturization (POCT), potential ability real-time analysis. In this review, recently developed detection disease biomarkers discussed. first part, we focus on main AD current methods detection. Then, discuss principles different types biosensors. Background: The pressing need for precise, quick, and affordable detection of diverse biomolecules has led to notable developments in the realm biosensors. Quercetin, a biomolecule rich flavonoids predominantly found our diet, is sensed by electrochemical method. properties show remarkable improvement when Mn2O3 (MO) doped with cobalt (Co). Aim: This study aimed investigate sensing quercetin using Co-doped MO Materials methods: nanospheres were prepared hydrothermal crystal structure synthesized material was evaluated X-ray diffraction analysis. sample morphology assessed field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) techniques. cyclic voltammetry technique used biomolecules. Results: appeared be spherical FE-SEM. Energy-dispersive spectroscopy showed only presence Co, Mn, O, which confirmed purity sample. modified electrode higher current 7.35 µA than bare glassy carbon 6.1 µA.
