This review article focuses on applying operation state detection and performance optimization techniques in industrial electrical systems. A comprehensive literature was conducted using the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews meta-analyses (PRISMA) methodology to ensure a rigorous transparent selection of high-quality studies. The examines detail how soft sensing technologies, such as estimation Kalman filtering, along with hybrid intelligent modeling techniques, are being used enhance efficiency reliability industry. With the rise of soft robotics, a wide range sensorised skins have been proposed and developed. One particular group, fluidic electronic skins, shown to be promising but, so far, limited small scales. Here, we present large-scale (35,440 mm 2 ) sensory skin that uses an embedded channel system filled with saline which is aimed work as prosthetic liner. Mechanical forces on translate into deformations can measured by changes in impedance through external electrodes. We developed novel fabrication process based methods commonly used prosthodontics jewellery making overcome challenges related larger size skin. tested two machine learning techniques, i.e., artificial neural networks random forests, learn mapping location physical interaction. Oil refining is an energy-intensive process that continuously separates petroleum products. Refining companies are interested in products meet all regulations and the efficiency of their production. It possible to achieve cost minimization increase quality output product by using accurate soft sensors can reliably predict real time. In this regard, research on construction reliable industrial production necessary relevant. To improve estimation capability, alternating conditional expectation algorithm, which based nonparametric optimal transformations, was used for sensor design. As a result, designed shows better predicting index target distillation with significantly reduced root mean square error compared multiple linear regression analysis.
