Ensuring occupational safety in underground mines is a fundamental priority due to the major risks associated with this unfriendly work environment. This involves employing set of technical, organizational, and educational measures reduce hazards for workers minimize accidents diseases electrical mechanical causes. Old precarious coal extraction methods, conjunction obsolete infrastructure installations, lead high accident risk, endangering lives when at work. Precarious working conditions materials alongside carelessness decision makers make mine-based cause professional illnesses. In paper, authors identify, estimate, prioritize, evaluate vulnerabilities within discuss actions resources necessary mitigate, stop, and/or eliminate these vulnerabilities, as well mitigation strategy stopping eliminating them achieve increased safety.

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo valorar la incidencia de pausas activas para el mejoramiento del desempeño y productividad laboral en minera Sominur Cía. Ltda, ubicada cantón Camilo Ponce Enríquez, provincia Azuay – Ecuador. De tipo descriptiva 30 empleados mina "Sominur", encargados desalojo manual material. Los resultados revelaron una falta participación actividades bienestar, pero percepción positiva sobre las activas. Se observó que corta duración durante jornada eran tomadas intermitentemente mayoría, mayoría experimentaba molestias físicas constantes. encontró tenían un impacto positivo mejora calidad vida laboral. destaca importancia implementar programas adaptados a necesidades los trabajadores promover su bienestar mejorar industria minera.

A resilient innovation ecosystem is an important guarantee for enhancing industrial competitiveness. Knowledge spillover the key driving force to enhance system resilience. Firstly, we use MEREC-CoCoSo method calculate resilience level of integrated circuit (IC) and analyze evolution trajectory before after emergence “stuck-neck” problem. Secondly, based on panel data 30 provinces (autonomous regions municipalities directly under central government) in China from 2011 2021, this paper analyzes mechanism impact intra-regional knowledge spillovers IC ecosystems using fixed-effect model spatial effect inter-regional Durbin human capital matrix. Finally, regulating role contractual relational governance mechanisms try open “black box” governance. The result shows following: (1) polarization innovative circuits gradually increasing, with strong agglomeration, high–high low–low low–high dispersion, there obvious “matthew effect” “siphon effect”. (2) Both intra- contribute significantly ecosystems. can effectively region, has a positive neighboring regions. (3) Heterogeneity results show that within Pan-PRD region have significant between low capacity double resilience, “talent highlands” facilitating Accordingly, policy recommendations are put forward up channels spillover, realize effective allocation resources, optimize talents.
