This study aimed to evaluate the micro-nanostructure and color changes of dental enamel after treatment with new gel formulations containing papain or bromelain. Eighty caries-free, extracted human teeth were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40) stained by immersion in either coffee Tedi juice for 4 h daily over five consecutive days. After staining, samples washed stored artificial saliva at 37 °C. The then treated four different whitening gels (GC, G1, G2, Opalescence 15%) daily. Following each treatment, rinsed saliva. Color measured using a digital spectrophotometer assess CIEL*a*b* ΔE* Whiteness index (WI). was analyzed SEM AFM. Data statistically one-way ANOVA followed Tukey’s HSD test. results showed that bromelain more effective than commercial removing stains. AFM analysis indicated particularly stains, while better stains from natural juices. Healthy has Ra value approximately 10 nm, which increases about 40 nm staining.
