This article aims to find the determinants that affect patient satisfaction regarding Mawiidi public portal in Moroccan hospitals and assess its outpatient online booking system effectiveness using a model integrates Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Information Systems Success (ISSM) while adopting quantitative research methodology.
