Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are indicators of soil health and associated with various benefits, primarily linked to glomalin accumulation from hyphal turnover. However, the direct connection between glomalin-related protein (GRSP) AMF has been questioned. The study aimed investigate correlation different fractions GRSP fatty acid in soil, as well impact conservation agriculture practices on biomass content. Findings revealed a positive easily extractable (EE) phospholipid (PLFA) 16:1ω5, while no significant correlations were found for difficultly (DE) or total fractions. These results highlight complexity dynamics need further research their relation biomass. Additionally, demonstrated that mechanical management had greater EE-GRSP compared residue management. Direct seeding, reduced tillage approach, led higher EE-GRSP, indicating sensitivity intensity. This suggests exert stronger influence abundance content than

The comprised six practices as main treatment factor with three levels (0, 30 60 kg P 2 O 5 ha –1 ) fertilizer sub-treatments. Significant improvement aggregation, bulk density, infiltration rate observed under (retention/incorporation) treatments compared removal or burning. Soil organic carbon (SOC), available nutrient content (N, P, K), microbial count, enzyme activities were also significantly higher conservation tillage residue-treated plots than without residue/burning treatments. derived from both crops when either retained/incorporated improved (0.80%) resulted a significant increase SOC (73.9%) topsoil layer conventional practice. mean studies revealed that influenced attributes productivity. grain recorded two treatments, i.e. basal application incorporation other half P-fertilizer (30 rice only. where at par .
