In
recent
years,
the
scientific
community
has
begun
tо
explore
efficacy

an
integrated
neurofeedback
+
biofeedback
approach

various
conditions,
both
pathological
and
non-pathological.
Although
several
studies
have
contributed
valuable
insights
into
its
potential
benefits,
this
review
aims
further
investigate
effectiveness
by
synthesizing
current
findings
identifying
areas
for
future
research.
Our
goal
іs
provide
a
comprehensive
overview
that
may
highlight
gaps
existing
literature
propose
directions
subsequent
studies.
The
search
articles
was
conducted
on
digital
databases
PubMed,
Scopus,
Web
of
Science.
Studies
to

between
2014
2023

Maintaining
optimal
levels
of
engagement
during
rehabilitation
training
is
crucial
for
inducing
neuroplasticity
in
the
motor
cortex,
which
directly
influences
positive
outcomes.
In
this
research
article,
we
propose
a
virtual
reality
(VR)
system
that
incorporates
steady-state
visual
evoked
potential
(SSVEP)
paradigm
to
provide
feedback.
The
utilizes
flickering
target
and
cursor
detect
user’s
target-tracking
task.
Eighteen
healthy
participants
were
recruited
experience
three
experimental
conditions:
no
feedback
(NoF),
performance
(PF),
neurofeedback
(NF).
Our
results
reveal
significantly
greater
Mu
suppression
NF
condition
compared
other
conditions.
However,
significant
differences
observed
metrics,
such
as
tracking
error,
among
amount
between
PF
conditions
also
showed
substantial
difference.
These
findings
suggest
efficacy
our
SSVEP-based
stimulating
cortex
activity
rehabilitation.
Consequently,
conclude
neurofeedback,
based
on
attentional
state,
proves
be
more
effective
promoting
activation
facilitating
neuroplastic
changes.

The Effect of EEG Neurofeedback Training on Sport Performance: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

ABSTRACT
Neurofeedback
training
(NFT)
has
emerged
as
a
promising
technique
for
enhancing
sports
performance
by
enabling
individuals
to
self‐regulate
their
neural
activity.
However,
only
53%
of
the
13
included
studies,
all
which
published
before
2021,
in
latest
meta‐analyses
NFT
and
motor
focused
on
outcomes.
Due
rapid
development
neurofeedback,
8
high‐quality
articles
were
2023–2024
alone.
Therefore,
there
is
need
new
meta‐analysis
update
impact
performance.
In
this
systematic
review
meta‐analysis,
we
have
not
reassessed
knowledge
effect
EEG
neurofeedback
but
also
incorporated
standardized
methodology,
known
CRED‐nf
checklist
(Consensus
reporting
experimental
design
clinical
cognitive‐behavioral
studies),
methodological
evaluation
previous
studies.
The
study
protocol
was
pre‐registered,
search
conducted
across
major
databases
identify
relevant
randomized
controlled
trials.
A
total
25
studies
qualitative
synthesis,
with
21
eligible
meta‐analysis.
revealed
moderate
positive
sport
tasks,
Hedges's
g
0.78
95%
confidence
interval
(CI)
0.49–1.07.
Importantly,
subgroup
analyses
showed
that
higher
quality
scores,
assessed
checklist,
had
significantly
larger
sizes
(Hedges's
=
1.07)
compared
lower
than
median
0.49).
This
finding
highlights
importance
addressing
key
gaps,
such
participant
strategies,
data
processing
methods,
relationship
between
regulation
success
behavioral
conclusion,

when
methodologies

The 100-Days: Physical Exercise and Challenges to Assess, Maintain and Improve Physical Fitness During Lockdown

sedentary
