Although

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
integrate
self-determination
and
social
exchange
theories
assess
how
the
three-way
interaction
between
human
capital,
perceived
organizational
support
(POS)
future
time
perspective
(FTP)
affects
turnover
intention.
Design/methodology/approach
The
uses
a
sample
of
586
engineers
their
immediate
supervisors
working
in
Taiwanese
high-technology
companies

hypothesized
relationships.

Purpose
