Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model and Six Sigma Lean approaches in public organizations. Abstract Quality 4.0 is an emerging concept that has been increasingly appreciated because of the intensification competition, continually changing customer requirements and technological evolution.
