This study investigates how perceived usefulness, convenience, and various food choices impact customers' intentions to adopt delivery services via the GrabFood application. The research methodology involved a survey utilizing questionnaires for data collection. Regression analysis findings reveal that significantly influence customer intentions. Both usefulness convenience positively affect intentions, while also wield notable influence. These results contribute theoretical comprehension by furnishing empirical evidence of interaction among these factors thereby advancing framework technology acceptance consumer behavior. practical implications are outlined within this study.

Purpose Customers increasingly use food delivery applications (FDAs) to place orders. Despite the popularity of FDAs, limited research has investigated drivers continuance intention FDAs. This study aims uncover FDAs by integrating “technology theory” (TCT) with perceived task-technology fit, value and safety. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 398 individuals in Thailand evaluated using “partial least squares” (PLS) “fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis” (fsQCA). Findings The PLS results supported significance all direct relationships, except effects ease on attitude usefulness intention. The food delivery service is the most typical and visible example of online-to-offline (O2O) commerce. More consumers are using services for various reasons during COVID-19 pandemic, making this business model viral worldwide. In post-pandemic era, offering will become new normal restaurants. Although a growing number publications have focused on consumer behavior in issue, no review paper has addressed current research industry trends. Thus, aims to literature published from 2020 present (October 2022) consumers’ use pandemic. A thematic was conducted, with 40 articles searched Scopus Web Science being included. Online-to-offline (O2O) commerce is a specific form of omnichannel retailing, wherein consumers search and purchase online then consume offline. This research investigates how consumption values influence changes in consumer behavior, specifically among non-working housewives Gresik Regency, their utilization of food delivery applications (FDAs). A qualitative case study methodology was adopted, featuring in-depth interviews with who have used FDAs at least three times. Data collection involved participant observation, interviews, and document analysis, thematic analysis employed for data interpretation. Findings reveal that both functional epistemic significantly behavior. Functional value, characterized by convenience, time efficiency, a diverse range meal options, serves as primary motivator preferring over traditional cooking. Online food delivery applications (OFD apps) provide consumers with a wide range of options to choose from. The present study aimed assess the usage OFD apps and investigate factors that affect choices special emphasis on healthy hygiene. A cross-sectional among application users in Jordan was conducted using an online questionnaire between March May 2022. total 675 eligible subjects participated study. Consumers’ demographic characteristics, data consumers’ use apps, perceptions availability attitudes toward safety hygiene were collected analyzed. About 64% studied sample used weekly. Fast most popular option for ordering (87.1%) lunchtime preferred time order (67.3%) respondents. Respondents’ “healthy meal” associated presence variety vegetables meal. Food price, appearance, delivery, macronutrient content information, options, considering as part meal determinants consumer choice (p<0.05). findings suggest environment perceived be unhealthy. The increasing use of food delivery services, driven by apps and websites, has significantly changed how is ordered delivered in highly urbanized cities across various countries.These services make it easy to obtain from a variety sources such as restaurants, fast-food chains, local cafes, grocery stores.However, they also face issues late deliveries, poor quality, problems with payment staff.This study aims review existing research on websites identify new areas for future that could address these issues.Utilizing Google Scholar adhering established guidelines, including the Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analysis (PRISMA 2020) Content, Context, Process (CCP) Framework, analyzed 174 relevant studies, focused examination 30 them.The results identified five content-related, two context-related, four process-related aspects service applications.The scoping reviews this literature recommend studies features, functionalities, designs applications, well efficiency, effectiveness, productivity their services.The concludes suggesting should aim improve design functions making them more efficient effective.It recommends exploring different operational models which enhance urban environments.
