While awareness among managers regarding the benefits of digital transformation in supply chain management has grown, many Chinese SMEs have not fully embraced this shift due to ineffective ICT investments, a lack effective government support, and presence related cognitive challenges. Leveraging sample 302 China, study employs SEM techniques validate direct effect ICTs on integration capability, relationship between capability firm financial performance. In this paper, we assessed the impact of digital commerce on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in sub-Saharan Africa using evidence from Nigeria. a descriptive research design, adopted both inferential statistics to answer three questions test corresponding hypotheses. Primary data gleaned sample 400 respondents selected across six geopolitical zones Nigeria multiple sampling techniques was used for study. Results logit model regression show that has made significant impacts performance, growth expansion, as well cost-effectiveness profitability MSMEs While study noted that, though litany challenges still confronts Africa, concluded any increase awareness adoption commercial activities by one unit an odd ratio about 10.1, hence, output will be 10 times likely improve increase. Abstract To survive and thrive in highly competitive environments, micro‐enterprises, like all businesses, need to adapt changing market conditions. In today's digital age, transformation can help micro‐enterprises improve their efficiency, customer experience, decision‐making remain meet consumer demands. Therefore, this study seeks establish a micro enterprise‐specific maturity model based on prior literature interviews with 12 enterprise business owners. The resulting has four dimensions: strategy, process, technology, people. Each dimension consists of levels comprised significant, specific characteristics. Five specialists from diverse fields reviewed modified the proposed model.
