Purpose This study explores the factors influencing investment intentions of potential home buyers among paraprofessionals in sustainable housing within urban construction. By combining technology acceptance model (TAM) and extended goal-directed behavior (EMGB), research seeks to understand how technological perceptions, personal motivations behavioral intersect shape these decisions. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive design was employed this study. The surveyed 641 as various Indian cities using a multi-stage stratified sampling technique. It incorporated variables from TAM EMGB, modifying some aspects include financial self-efficacy, hedonic motivation anticipated regret, alongside adding location new factor examine its impact. The empirical study aimed to examine the factors affecting green home buying intention in Malaysia. adopted popular theory of individual decision-making, planned behaviour, but extended it with a few new variables get better predictability. Based on cross-sectional survey method and quota sampling technique, instrument-like questionnaire was distributed potential buyers who had buy home. Data were collected from 741 are young Malaysian students. Collected data analysed using partial least squares (PLS) modelling (SmartPLS 3.0) order measure strength independent variable effects dependent variable. results indicate that attitude, perceived behavioural control subjective norms, value, reasonable pricing building knowledge positive significant effect intention, attitude showing highest effect; only exception is an environmental concern. Green cosmetics have gained increasing attention in the research community. This study conducts a comprehensive review of 164 publications from past decade (2011-2022) to provide an up-to-date analysis consumer purchasing behaviour regarding green cosmetics. It examines consumers' decisions, performance, and intellectual frameworks identifies field's most influential journals, prolific authors, institutions, nations. The also sheds light on five critical themes related buying behaviour: environmental concern, marketing, sustainable consumption, cosmetics, consumerism. By offering insights into these aspects, this contributes knowledge base for future studies, aids policymakers, assists marketing managers promoting behaviour.

Promoting Urban Health through the Green Building Movement in Vietnam: A Transdisciplinary Perspective DOI Open Access

The health of urban citizens is defined by how their living environments are planned, built, and operated. These complex relations between the characteristics built require system-orientated thinking transdisciplinary interventions, yet have mainly been addressed using conventionally narrow sector-based approaches. This paper investigates opportunities challenges Vietnamese Green Building Movement (GBM) based on a approach, with attention to additional benefits green buildings that currently under-researched, while highlighting building users’ perspectives. Focusing perspectives high-rise residents, examines insights collected from six thematic webinars, expert interviews, and, in particular, household survey conducted Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Among other findings for GBM, points out challenging mismatch high importance homebuyers place benefits, focus GBM stakeholders GB energy-saving benefits- which not necessarily homebuyers’ most pressing concerns. With this evidence-based inquiry, concludes improved well-being should be considered co-benefits buildings, along energy efficiency. Importantly, also brings necessity systemic approach both academic practical efforts toward implementation SDG3- “ensure healthy lives promote wellbeing all ages”- SDG 11- “to make cities human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient sustainable”.
