Construction sites are among the most hazardous workplaces, making safety a critical concern in sector. This study investigates interplay between leadership, employee morale, harmonious passion, and performance through lens of social exchange theory. research aims to assess how leadership impacts directly indirectly, with morale acting as mediator while passion moderates these relationships. A quantitative approach was employed, data collected structured questionnaires administered construction workers Istanbul Ankara, Turkey. total 438 valid responses were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (version 25) Analysis Moment Structures 24) reliability, validity, hypothesis testing. The findings confirm that positively influences both morale. Employees high contribute improved act performance. Additionally, relationship performance, strengthening link higher levels passion. However, its moderating effect on not significant. These insights offer practical implications designing training programs, development initiatives, policies aimed at improving outcomes construction. Future should explore longitudinal designs diverse contexts further validate findings.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are pivotal in driving economic growth sustainability, necessitating a strategic focus on innovation knowledge application to navigate dynamic markets effectively. Grounded the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) Knowledge-Based (KBV) theories, this study investigates interplay between sustainability innovation, application, environmental awareness, entrepreneurial success among SMEs Turkey. The research adopts cross-sectional design, using purposive sampling survey 402 SME owners managers from Istanbul Ankara. Data were collected via electronic surveys analyzed SPSS AMOS validate measurement model test hypotheses through PROCESS macro for mediation moderated analysis. findings reveal that significantly enhances by allowing businesses develop products services address social concerns. Essentially, integrating entrepreneurs create growing market demand eco-conscious solutions. Moreover, positively influences mediates relationship success. This study aims to investigate efficient practices pursuing the sustainability of healthcare organizations, as sector and its activities affect different spheres social life, economy, state’s performance, highlighting importance this subject. This study revisited the relationship between destination social responsibility (DSR) and residents’ environmentally responsible behavior (ERB) in conjunction with stimulus–organism–response (S-O-R) framework to assess mediating effect of community attachment involvement. The proposed conceptual research model was empirically examined 375 residents from largest tourist destinations Ghana. A cross-sectional design used, structural equation modeling (SEM) applied test role findings this confirmed that DSR has a significant positive attachment, involvement, ERB. In addition, revealed also indirect on ERB through attachment. While prior research has consistently established a significant link between production and operations management (POM) practices organizational financial performance (OFP) across various contexts, the mechanisms driving this connection remain unclear. This study addresses gap by examining mediating role of supply chain (SCM) integration in relationship POM OFP within manufacturing firms. Drawing on theories concepts such as resource-based view (RBV) firm operation strategies, employed quantitative design. The pursuit of sustainable development has become a global priority, with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) serving as comprehensive framework for addressing various social, economic, and environmental challenges. Employing stimulus–organization–response (SOR) model, this study examines impact customer’s perceptions firm’s compliance SDGs on customers’ loyalty through mediation roles image, trust, reputation in evaluation firm banking sector Turkey. To achieve these objectives, quantitative research approach was used, 455 valid responses were collected from retail customers an online survey. Data statistically analyzed using partial least-squares–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). findings reveal significant positive relationships between SDG implementation institutions’ reputation. Furthermore, favorable are found to positively influence customer sector. analyses confirm that each mediating variables partially mediates loyalty, underscoring significance intermediate shaping behaviors.
