The production of biopesticides is challenged by the high costs and formulation. For this reason, concentration biological broth through advanced technologies such as membrane separation process (MSP) an attractive alternative for enhancing control action biopesticides. purpose study was to perform MSP in 40 fermented broths bioagents obtained a bioscreening evaluate potential Chrysodeixis includens, Spodoptera frugiperda, Euschistus heros. collected biomaterials were surface sterilized, placed Petri dishes with Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA), underwent submerged fermentation at 28°C 120 rpm seven days. Afterward, centrifuged 4,000 10°C 10 min filtered vacuum pump. Finally, assays submitted 0.45-μm nylon membrane. rate varied up 100% after C. includens E. S. frugiperda 40%. Appropriately, indicated promising results technology biopesticide formulation process, based on optimization improvement injurious pests.

Threatening the global community is a wide variety of potential threats, most notably invasive pest species. Invasive species are non-native organisms that humans have either accidentally or intentionally spread to new regions. One effective and first lines control strategies for controlling pests application insecticides. These toxic chemicals employed get rid pests, but they pose great risks people, animals, plants. Pesticides heavily used in managing current era. Due overuse synthetic chemicals, numerous already developed resistance. The resistance development main reason failure manage Developing pesticide management techniques necessitates thorough understanding mechanisms through which insects acquire insecticide Insects use behavioral, biochemical, physiological, genetic, metabolic methods deal with can lead continuous overexpression detoxifying enzymes. An overabundance enzymes causes resistance, pesticides rendering them ineffective against pests. A key factor amplification certain enzymes, specifically esterases, Glutathione S-transferase, Cytochromes p450 monooxygenase, hydrolyses. Additionally, insect guts offer unique habitats microbial colonization, gut bacteria may serve their hosts useful services. Most importantly, detoxification insecticides leads development. complete knowledge could be very helpful coping challenges effectively developing Integrated Pest Management particularly at lowering risk chemical environmental contaminants resulting health issues, it also ways

Recently, there has been growing interest in biopreparations that intensify the decomposition of crop residues. These preparations can promote nutrient cycling and soil fertility, ultimately supporting healthy plant growth increasing agricultural productivity. However, development commercialization poses unique challenges. Producers struggle to develop highly effective preparations, which then face regulatory hurdles must win market acceptance. This literature review provides up-to-date data on microbial available commercially European market, along with information current relevant regulations. Challenges for new are also discussed. Protected crops are intensive production systems characterized by high vegetation density, temperatures, and moisture, making them favorable environments for the development of pests diseases. Consequently, these often require several interventions with agrochemicals to maintain profitable yields produce quality. However, application plant protection products (PPPs) in such is not efficient poses environmental concerns. This study aims at analysing spray behaviour, particularly terms foliar deposition losses ground according spraying equipment foliage height, focusing on a specifically designed developed system agrochemical protected crops, comparing it commonly used system, namely, cannon sprayer. Such consists fixed net tubing anti-drip nozzles positioned top greenhouse’s apex, connected pneumatic sprayer ‘Special Serre 2000’ outside greenhouse. Findings revealed significant effect (Kruskal–Wallis χ2 = 12.239, df 1, p-value 0.0004681) normalized deposition, higher values obtained using system. In addition, simulation spatial distribution based principle inverse distance weighting (IDW) was performed qualitative assessment, confirming heterogeneity over greenhouse both equipment. were affected captor position.

Biological plant protection is a crucial component of integrated pest management strategies. It considered safer alternative to chemical protection, with reduced risks human health and the environment. The significance biological has been on rise, driven by European Union’s mandate decrease reliance pesticides, discontinuation certain active substances, their limited availability. Microbiological products find application in organic farming systems. Among these, mycoinsecticides are prominent examples, utilizing insecticidal fungi such as Beauveria bassiana, Cordyceps fumosoroseus, C. farinosa, Metarhizium anisopliae complex. Due high sensitivity these organisms unfavorable weather environmental conditions, use field crops may not bring desired effect. enhancement efficacy be accomplished through adjuvants. Adjuvants substances incorporated into products, including microbial insecticides, or used alone enhance effectiveness. They can play pivotal role improving performance ensuring better coverage surfaces increasing likelihood successful control, thereby contributing overall success methods control. Consequently, it becomes imperative investigate impact various adjuvants survival effectiveness microorganisms. Furthermore, there no officially approved list for farming, inadequate adjuvant result failure obtain an certificate. origin determines classification, which significantly impacts employment practices.
