This research paper investigates the impact of energy-related sanctions on European energy sector in light Russian-Ukrainian military conflict. The study analyzes S600ENP index returns using data from June 2018 to July 2023, divided into three distinct periods: pre-invasion, during sanctions, and post-sanctions. Descriptive statistics distribution analysis reveal market behaviors volatility clustering each period. variance (ANOVA) test does not show significant differences mean across periods, indicating relatively consistent performance. stationarity suggests non-stationarity returns. ARCH model demonstrates persistence shocks influenced by geopolitical events like Russian sanctions. findings underscore importance understanding dynamics uncertainty its implications for sector. It involves monitoring compliance with tax regulations, managing long-term risks, given the complexity and high value commodities they handle. Abstract Academic and public debate is continuing about whether digital nomadism, a new Internet-enabled phenomenon in which workers adopt neo-nomadic global lifestyle, represents ‘real’ emancipation for knowledge workers—or if it is, instead, the opposite. Based on field study of accepting pluralist approach to emancipation, we analyse ‘emancipatory project(s)’ that nomads engage in. This analysis, following Weberian idealtypes, employs tripartite structure: unsatisfactory conditions (what people want overcome); emancipatory means (actions taken); ends (desired outcomes). We critically compare nomadism traditional descriptions projects nation-state contexts, as found prior literature, using same analytical framework. Son dönemde COVID-19 Salgını ile başlayan ve Rusya-Ukrayna Savaşı devam eden süreç küresel ekonominin sorunlar yaşamasına neden olmuştur. Pandemi yaşanan tedarik zincirindeki bozulmaların ardından savaşın olduğu enerji fiyatlarındaki yükselmeler ülkelerin temel makroekonomik değişkenlerini etkilemiştir. Bu süreçte en çok etkilenen gösterge olan enflasyonla mücadele noktasında ekonomi otoriterleri para maliye politikaları araçlarını kullanmaya başlamışlardır. bağlamda çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’nin 2000:1-2022:9 döneminde enflasyon oranı döviz kuru, faiz arzı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada kayan pencere zamana göre değişen nedensellik testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, değişkenler arasında güçlü ilişkinin olduğunu görülürken, zayıf ise kuru görülmektedir. ilişkilerin dönemlerini incelediğimizde son ön plana çıkan kurundan oranına arzından doğru söyleyebiliriz. sonuçlar konusunda önemli faktörlerin göstermektedir. Politika yapıcı karar alıcılara kurunda arzında istikrarını sağlamaya yönelik adımlar atılması gerektiğini belirtebiliriz.

The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted the world economy and global society. However, small- medium-sized enterprises are among most vulnerable affected groups of businesses, in some cases, life-saving interventions have resulted serious existential implications. difficulties insufficient demand, non-negligible fixed costs, inadequate financing unsustainable for many firms. Thus, main aim this study is to evaluate variables influencing business activities, apply macroeconomic compare environments fifteen European countries, utilize appropriate statistical techniques confirm results.
