Introduction: One of the leadership philosophies that has been getting more and attention lately is digital leadership. However, measuring level not yet widely discussed. Furthermore, one tool for gathering data Situational Judgement Test (SJT). In recent discussion, between primary secondary teachers hardly Measuring comparing among aligns with overarching goal improving education quality, which a key aspect Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education. Objective: This study intends to determine whether there are significant differences in nine dimensions utilising SJT as collecting tool. Method: involved 2,830 respondents from Malaysia. The were who selected using stratified random sampling. All 10 assumptions met before one-way MANOVA analysis conducted. Results Discussion: results indicate no statistically difference mean score terms (1) student engagement, learning outcomes, (2) environment spaces, (3) professional growth learning, (4) communication, (5) public relations, (6) branding, (7) opportunities, (8) empowered professionals, (9) catalyst teachers. Therefore, further required. Research Implications: contributes measurement by different assessment collect data, namely SJT. Originality/Value: study's findings highlight relationship nature dimensions. Moreover, this measures based on combination two sources reference constructs. it recommended be used an future research various styles

The COVID-19 pandemic and digital disruption have transformed the world organizations on an unprecedented scale, presenting leaders with unique challenges creating opportunity to study leadership. This area of research is expanding significantly, though it remains in a developmental maturing phase. To date, theoretical studies are predominant, including systematic reviews, literature bibliometric studies. conducts review science mapping 74 documents published between 2000 2022 Web Science database, using VOSviewer software analyze field’s evolution. Findings reveal that leadership has grown, transformation, digitalization, COVID-19, information communication technologies, virtual teams, creativity emerging as core themes this domain. concludes effective implementation requires not only technological skills but also human-centered competencies; its application predominantly expanded education sector, limited use construction.
