Solar water heaters (SWH) are a low-cost method for generating hot various purposes. Therefore, this research focuses on investigating modified V-corrugated zinc collector combined with an aluminum foil foam insulator and 5 mm thick plywood base at the bottom. The experiments were conducted under climate conditions in Central Java region of Indonesia. effect flow rate, 120, 180, 240 Lph, was compared analyzed using passive open systems. Data retrieved 10-min intervals from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. results showed that highest energy efficiency 50% achieved rate 40% 34% rates 180 Lph 120 respectively. Additionally, 61%. These findings suggested higher more efficient SWH collectors. it recommended use collectors due their low production cost ability produce efficiency.

Energy is one of the essential human needs that plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable development. Indonesia among countries are highly focused on developing renewable energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net-zero emissions. In addition, government has launched various policies programs promote use energy, such as increased investment biomass, geothermal, solar power generation. Wind stands out sufficient, widely available, an environmentally friendly alternative energy. 2021, Indonesian Outlook highlights potential 154.9 gigawatts (GWs). It associated with minimal gases during its operation does not demand vast tracts land. However, actual installed capacity wind plants at modest 157.41 megawatts (MWs). Meanwhile, targeted 255 MWs for 2025. One significant factor contributing this lower-than-expected lack in-depth research into Consequently, primary aim paper conduct thorough examination Indonesia. This includes analysis current state both existing upcoming plants, well review recent studies conducted by researchers turbines. Furthermore, explores program encourage development plants. also explains aspects including untapped potential, interference strategy harness full abundant resources Through investigation aims provide more comprehensive understanding conditions prospects contribute accurate mapping development, specifically remote areas, outer islands, borders. The results obtained expected support Indonesia’s transition toward sources, thereby reducing dependence fossil fuels.

The increasing demand for oil fuel and the decline of crude reserves highlight need alternative energy sources. Palm oil, as a renewable resource, has potential biofuel production through catalytic cracking. This study aims to develop evaluate modified zeolite-based catalysts, particularly ZSM-5/HY, produce palm oil-derived gasoline that meets European standards. research involved catalyst preparation, modification with ZSM-5 phosphorus, activity testing in fixed-bed reactor. Gasoline yield performance were analyzed using gas chromatography. results showed nearly 100% conversion under optimal conditions, meeting standard. addition improved RON, while phosphorus reduced acidity, affecting coke formation. concludes modifying zeolite catalysts enables efficient high RON aromatic content, contributing sustainable solutions. The shift towards decentralized and sustainable energy frameworks is progressively propelled by innovations in technology the imperative for democratization. Blockchain a viable approach facilitating peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, thereby diminishing dependence on intermediaries while augmenting transparency, security, efficiency within transactions. Nevertheless, application of blockchain-enabled trading continues to be constrained Indonesia due regulatory, technical, economic challenges. This study aims develop smart implementation framework integrating blockchain into P2P renewable Indonesia. A qualitative research employed, incorporating content analysis thematic policy documents, technical reports, stakeholder interviews. simulation model also designed evaluate feasibility, efficiency, scalability. findings highlight that can significantly enhance adoption direct exchanges among prosumers, improving grid resilience, reducing transaction costs. proposed outlines essential components such as contracts, digital tokens, ledgers, regulatory compliance mechanisms. Case studies from global implementations, including Power Ledger Australia LO3 Energy U.S., demonstrate viability blockchain-based trading. concludes has strong potential transform Indonesia’s landscape, successful requires supportive policies, infrastructure investment, public awareness. Future should focus optimizing contracts developing consensus mechanisms tailored market conditions.

Abstract According to the National Energy General Plan (RUEN) 2017 and Policy (KEN) 2014 issued by Government, use of Variable Renewable (VRE) is expected reach 31% 2030. However, until 2019 renewable energy mix in national only reached 9.1%. Even though wind potential East Kalimantan or Borneo can be exploited considering supply using Wind Turbine Generation helping fulfil electricity needs. Based on feasibility study, development was obtained at IDR 17,056 billion per year over 25 years operation. Meanwhile, payback period achieved for around 6.4 operation making project feasible implemented. This based needs one household that consumed 5,116 Watt everyday consumption.
