The purpose of this research was to examine how variety and leadership styles affect business performance. According the descriptive data, sample included people different sexes, nationalities, ages. A favorable relationship between diversity organizational outcomes found in an examination workplace. Positive associations were also effective practices like communication, strategy, empowerment. Scientific literacy is fundamental ability to facing the complexity of problem solving in this 21 st century era. The Rasch model needed as a measurement that can provide detailed information about quality items used. The objective of this research is to evaluate the managerial influence school principals on 25 dynamic educators in implementing an independent learning curriculum across six schools Gorontalo district. study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing questionnaires and Likert scale (1-5) for data collection. Validation instruments conducted using product moment formula, reliability testing performed Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis encompasses normality, linearity, simple regression, hypothesis facilitated by SPSS Version 24.0. Results indicate significant correlation between abilities effectiveness educator implementation curriculum, demonstrated linear regression equation: Y = 49.218 + 0.633X. Analysis processing reveals that 66.7% variance educator's performance (variable Y) influenced principal's skills X). In comparison, remaining 33.3% attributed unexamined variables. This study investigated the training and development needs of early childhood educators for effective instructional delivery in Awka South Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. The current study provides a Contrastive Interlanguage Analysis (CIA) of linking adverbials (e.g., furthermore, in conclusion, on the other hand) second language (L2) English academic writing post-secondary students from three countries: Philippines, Pakistan, and Thailand. This analysis makes use 80 essays each these first (L1) groups by way data sourced International Corpus Network Asian Learner (ICNALE); we eschew native speaker control group response to recent critiques fallacy. Zusammenfassung Vor dem Hintergrund eines zunehmenden Mangels an Schulleitungen in Deutschland erscheint es von zentraler Bedeutung, dass sich als erfolgreich ihrem Amt wahrnehmen (subjektiver Berufserfolg) und auch anhand Faktoren wie Gehalt erachtet werden können (objektiver Berufserfolg), da diese auf das Belastungserleben sowie die Motivation auswirken können. Ziel der Studie war es, für zu ermitteln, welche Determinanten aus den Bereichen Soziodemographie, (objektiviertes) Humankapital (organisationale) Förderungsmaßnahmen Berufserfolg beeinflussen. Die nutzt Daten Leadership German Schools 2020 (Cramer et al. 2020), durch forsa Politik- Sozialforschung GmbH zwischen September November 2019 erhoben wurden.
