Smart homes are characterized by the integration of technology and services using home networking, with goal improving overall quality life. When designing these intricate systems, it is important to consider experiences needs occupants. consist various devices that offer comfort, security, convenience, energy efficiency, promote intelligent living. These communicate interact each other, forming a connected ecosystem. In order ensure prompt assistance during emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or distress calls, interactivity within smart should enable emergency service providers quickly respond. To achieve this, modeling language supports semantic aspect employed, allowing for closely aligns end user requirements. This typically utilizes concept ontology. However, use ontologies in design still limited current research. As result, this paper aims enhance EUPont ontology integrating Arduino implementing an algorithm simplifies analysis detected alarm signals decision-making. The execution relies on definition several SWRL rules (Semantic Web Rule Language).

The advancement to Urban 4.0 requires urban digitization and predictive maintenance of infrastructure improve efficiency, durability, quality life. This study aims integrate intelligent technologies for the photovoltaic panel systems, which serve as essential smart city renewable energy sources. In addition, we employ vision transformers (ViT), a deep learning architecture devoted evolving image analysis, detect anomalies in PV systems. ViT model is pre-trained on ImageNet exploit comprehensive set relevant visual features from images classify input panel. Furthermore, developed system was integrated into web application that allows users upload images, automatically anomalies, provide detailed information, such type, defect probability, anomaly status. A comparative using several convolutional neural network architectures (VGG, ResNet, AlexNet) transformer conducted. Therefore, adopted performs excellently detection, where achieves an AUC 0.96. Finally, proposed approach excels at prompt identification potential defects reducing costs, advancing equipment lifetime, optimizing implementation.
