Higher levels of physical activity (PA) during education (PE) are important for 6- to 8-year-old children because it can improve their health, cognitive skills, academic performance, and social development. The purpose the study conducted was determine effects incorporating child-designed games student creativity while waiting teacher supervision gymnastics lessons in PE on quantity intensity PA among 1st 2nd grade students. sample included 91 students (53 boys) from a Slovenian school. elementary school, whom 48 (age = 6.8 ± 0.7) participated experimental teaching program that creativity, 43 7.0 0.6) belonged control group where traditional continued. The aim of this paper was to determine the influence adolescence, training discipline, and regime on personality formation adolescent sports acrobats. Therefore, purpose study relationship between traits classes Polish junior acrobatics representatives. respondents (N = 90) were juniors aged 18-19 divided into three samples: (1) n 30 representatives in with a first or master class; (2) kata athletes from Kyokushin karate Shotokan as reference sample another discipline gymnastic movement expression; (3) high school students non-athletic persons. Big Five model used, NEO-FFI questionnaire used research tool. For analyses basic descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis test Mann-Whitney performed statistical significance (α 0.05). It noted that all (the second samples) had at same levels: low neuroticism, extraversion, moderate openness experience agreeableness, conscientiousness relation non-athletes. In contrast, there differences among subjects traits, except for agreeableness. Among acrobats, master-class showed lower greater experience, first-class athletes. found Poland four dimensions. But general, acrobats similar levels, time, different non-training people.
