Global warming and climate change are caused by anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from rising energy consumption due to population economic growth. Over the past decade, information communication technology (ICT) usage has increased which may increase utilization GHG emissions. Conversely, ICT's clean technologies can minimize pollution. Therefore, this study investigated dynamic influences of ICT, growth, population, use on in Malaysia employing autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach using data 1990 2021. The results ARDL bounds test indicated existence a long-run link between variables. revealed that 1% number Internet users could 0.013% short run but cut 0.077% long run. Additionally, have positive association with robustness outcomes been checked Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), Dynamic (DOLS), Canonical Cointegration Regression (CCR) methods. This article offers additional policy proposals for emission reduction sustainable development promoting renewable financing green ICT.

A pervasive threat regarding human health, ecological balance, progress, and sustainability marks the current era. Many nations are grappling with consequences of overabundance carbon emissions from a wide range destructive activities, which is primary driver air pollution, global warming, warming. Thus, while some countries squandering their riches, others making great strides to keep environment clean green so that future generations may thrive. National governments policymakers now focusing lot energy on addressing dangers posed by environmental concerns climate change. very contentious issue in recent years has been link between change tourism its vulnerability. This study focuses impact fluctuating visitor numbers greenhouse gas emissions, responsible for acceleration warming other changes. Therefore, we look at how most visited countries' have changed due increased tourism. The effects regional scale investigated using panel data analysis spanning 2001-2018 China, including top 80 countries. best-modified assessment methodologies determine overall, direct, indirect tourist spending emissions. findings demonstrate CO2 might be reduced regulation, urbanization, revenue they could through economic expansion, population, Due this distinction, tourists' overall much more harmful than direct impact. In addition, U-shape formed growing economy, vice versa. Several factors population density, growth, GDP growth. Spending infrastructure development expansion also considerably mitigates impacts alteration. results reveal nation's often rise industry. Still, begin decline after certain levels show two important policy implications.

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries have faced environmental challenges in recent decades. This study aims to identify the contribution of digitalization, industrialization, and financial development ecological footprint (EF) GCC between 2000 2021. The empirical investigation involves estimating STochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, Technology (STIRPAT) model using augmented mean group (AMG), common correlated effects (CCEMG) cross-sectionally autoregressive distributed lag (CS-ARDL) estimators. findings reveal existence long-term linkages EF factors mentioned above. Furthermore, there is evidence that adopting digitalization information communication technologies (ICT) improves quality. In contrast, both industrialization exert detrimental environment. Finally, JKS Granger non-causality test revealed all variables, except development, predict degradation countries. These can assist formulating efficient strategies reduce achieve sustainability

Abstract Financial integration plays an important role in fostering global economic growth. Energy demand, technology transfer, sustainable production, and climate change have emerged as key drivers of development. This study explores the influence financial integration, bolstered by renewable energy-induced trade, industry-driven technology, environmental concerns, on regional analyzes a panel 39 high- upper-middle-income European Central Asian countries 2017–2021. Using generalized method moments estimator, we reveal inverted U-shaped relationship between growth carbon emissions. Moreover, trade contributes positively to while openness transfer further enhance this Industry-driven negatively impacts owing inadequate integration. The absence energy infrastructure industrialization also Our underscores importance increasing promote energy-driven line with United Nations’ development agenda.
