Abstract. This research aims to investigate the impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) management systems on environmental and financial performance Ukrainian companies. To attain paper’s goal, this study is carried out in following logical sequence: 1) Analysing multifaceted role ERP modern business frameworks, including their capacity manage stakeholder conflicts mitigate risks. 2) Empirically testing hypothesis through a sophisticated partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) model, highlighting mediating influence environmentally oriented activities. The application tools PLS-SEM techniques has revealed statistically significant positive correlation between system efficiency company profitability (impact strength = 0.497). This study investigates the factors influencing employees' pro-environmental behavior (PEB) within organizations in United Arab Emirates (UAE), a nation with strong policy focus on sustainability. Utilizing questionnaire-based survey of 146 employees an automotive division UAE company and structural equation modeling (SEM), research examines impact green entrepreneurial orientation, leadership, environmental commitment, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) willingness to engage eco-friendly practices at work.
