Social housing for socially vulnerable segments of the population is a significant component governmental social policy, as it directly linked to demographic and migration processes, groups people with special needs, poverty alleviation, integration, community development. This study focuses on the relationship between Human Development Index (HDI) and public social expenditures, analyzing socio-economic models using examples of selected European countries Ukraine. The used values HDI, GDP, indicators expenditures for purposes, namely, healthcare, education, leisure, culture religion, protection period from 2010 to 2021. analysis targeted 13 data sets Eurostat, Office National Statistics United Kingdom, State Service Ukraine, Ministry Finance input time series were checked lagged STATISTICA software.Empirical evidence suggests a HDI spending. An increase in share GDP leads an vice versa. with social-democratic model development have highest level centralization expenditure (34.72%) (0.930), while belonging Southern lowest socially oriented (30.41%) (0.873).
