Though millions of users in developed countries utilize IoT smart home technology, its applicability underdeveloped is limited. This study addresses this gap by unveiling the determinants technology adoption behavior among consumers least country. The has extended unified theory acceptance and use (UTAUT) including perceived hedonism, lifestyle, well-being constructs research framework. Data from 355 were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). findings reveal that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, lifestyle positively affect behavioral intention. Performance and sustainability evaluation of rural digitalization and its driving mechanism: evidence from Hunan province of China
