The study investigated the impact of technology use on job performance academic staff. In particular, examined influence teaching technological use, managerial and research Utilising a quantitative approach, employed correlational design sample 158 staff Bishop Stuart University in Uganda. The fourth industrial revolution and the digital transformation represented by Industry 4.0 have stimulated innovations in economic social spheres, accelerating structural of labor market increasing demand for high-quality vocational education training. influence technology on student satisfaction is acknowledged; nonetheless, precise mechanisms via which it impacts related to learning experience engagement remain largely unexplored. This study seeks investigate impact usage Chinese higher college students, mediated engagement, employing Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) as theoretical framework. In June July 2023, 424 participants were chosen from public institutions Hubei Province, Central China, using simple random sampling method. <span lang="EN-US">While massive open online course (MOOC) is gaining popularity, studies have shown how negative user experience of the learning platform can lead to issues related poor performance. OpenLearning, as official national coordinated MOOCs program for higher education institutions in Malaysia, still considerably momentum this country, thus much be observed usability aspect from student’s perspective. This study aimed evaluate aspects and satisfaction MOOC OpenLearning involving undergraduate students a public university Malaysia. Data were gathered through survey method which adapted questions questionnaire (UEQ) usefulness, satisfaction, ease use (USE) questionnaire. Descriptive analyses revealed moderate positive levels towards among respondents. Furthermore, there was significant correlation between both factors, suggesting importance considering key factor enhancing students’ with MOOC. Recommendations arising perceptions concerns on contribute developing strategic guidelines experiences, especially during circumstances that necessitate effective strategies.</span>

The rapid advancement of information technology and ongoing education reforms have introduced smart as an innovative teaching model. This study aims to explore the application impact platforms in Teaching English Speakers Other Languages (TESOL) within four junior high schools China. Through a detailed analysis questionnaire responses from language teachers, investigates these on practices. Results indicate that using has increased teachers&rsquo; engagement, motivation, satisfaction. Additionally, teachers reported deeper understanding concepts, improved practical skills, overall professional development. Despite benefits, highlights challenges implementing platforms. findings suggest while can potentially enhance TESOL effectiveness, further improvements, extensive research are necessary optimize their use fully.
