The application of digitalization in urban contexts, particularly through Smart City initiatives, has become an important avenue to address the complexities modern life. This study focuses on Project Surabaya, Indonesia, aiming quantitatively analyze impact sustainability indicators from a community perspective. A quantitative approach, including survey 190 residents and regression analysis, was used comprehensively explore relationship between demographic factors, perceptions digital infrastructure outcomes. results showed statistically significant improvements indicators, with waste reduction behavior satisfaction being important. With rapid urbanization, cities worldwide have sought innovative, sustainable solutions such as smart city initiatives to leverage technology and data better manage this growth the challenges it brings. Developing requires multi-stakeholder collaboration, including citizens who, citizens, are aware capable of using technologies improve their quality life actively equally contribute making smarter. This study employs a logistic regression model to offer an in-depth understanding of disparities in the access essential urban services, specifically focusing on electricity and Internet Nouakchott, Mauritania. Through comprehensive analysis demographic, geographic, socioeconomic data, we identify key determinants these utilities. Our findings reveal that geographic location within city, particularly western regions, home ownership, significantly bolster likelihood having electricity. Conversely, women are found be disadvantaged this regard. ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to investigate behaviours related electromobility in terms owned vehicle fleets and charging stations local administration units, the role zero-emission vehicles building image promotion environmentally friendly among its employees as at end 2022. completion was based on surveys data collected using CATI technique from provincial offices (POs) municipal (MOs)[1] cities. survey showed that primary means transport by entities surveyed are internal combustion engine vehicles.
