Saat ini AI bidang pelayanan masih perlu dikaji ulang karena adanya kinerja algoritma tata kelola data yang dipandang melanggar etika. Rumusan masalah diajukan penelitian adalah Bagaimana peran memperkuat ikatan kontrak sosial antara dengan warga negaranya? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, menganalisis manfaat pengambilan keputusan Kemenkominfo RI, pemahaman RI terhadap isu etika kebijakan tentang serta strategi menggunakan untuk RI. Penelitian metode deksirptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur Ditjen Aptika studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan hal tahap awal sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan sentralisasi data. Isu Indonesia, seputar belum mampunya perusahaan UMKM lokal bersaing besar, hambatan rampungnya pusat nasional membuat dapat mengendalikan sepenuhnya penerapan AI.

This paper examines the potential for using generative artificial intelligence (AI) to boost civic participation in Nigeria’s developing e-government ecosystem.
