The planning and development department of the China Yangtze river three gorges engineering corporation aims to improve its intelligent performance management system in accordance with company's vision. This paper presents a study on enhancing Planning Development Department River Three Gorges Engineering Corporation. By combining data mining techniques association rule algorithms, prediction model was established. goal is explore aligned vision specific characteristics construction enterprises. Experimental results show effectiveness GABPNN model, achieving error 5% or less seven out seventeen sample points, maximum relative 20.86%. suggested useful strategy for companies their evaluation procedures, boosting overall efficiency aligning distinctive traits.

While the body of literature addressing community development and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is expanding, a comprehensive analysis its evolving trends currently lacking. This research aims to bridge this knowledge gap by providing multifaceted bibliometric overview on SDGs. To analyze nexus, we utilized dataset 5713 publications. The study divided into two parts: first part reflects initial response introduction SDGs as new global framework United Nations (UN) from 2015 2019; second focuses developments responses 2019 2023. revealed sustained prominence keywords "sustainable goals," "sustainability," "climate change," "community." identified significant subject domains, showcasing imperative sustainable energy, link between well-being progress, growing recognition resilience.
