Engineering education accreditation represents the current trend in undergraduate reformation. Curriculum system improvement is an important way to realize “innovation leading” of engineering accreditation. However, there little information detailing and optimization curriculum for accreditation, a method was tentatively developed based on evaluated achievement degrees graduation requirements through questionnaire survey this work. The results show that guided by greatly improves requirement students’ overall qualities. degree largely influenced extracurricular science technology activities, while it not significantly correlated with scores. Some measures are provided optimize improve system, including adding additional curricula, converting supporting index curriculum, strengthening guiding scientific activity. Such significant increasing degrees, reasonably balancing teaching resources developing comprehensive abilities. Moreover, scores cannot objectively reflect degree, exist some limitations evaluating using course Additionally, post-graduate environment factors, such as major-related work, technical work further education, also affect degrees.

Introduction This study aims to reveal the intrinsic and extrinsic drivers of career development in emerging labor markets explore impact these barriers on development. With rapid transformation global industrial structure, industries such as artificial intelligence, big data, new energy e-commerce is gradually attracting attention. Methods utilizes a mixed research method questionnaires in-depth interviews. The team distributed total 700 practitioners China, United States, Japan, Germany India, collected interview data from 20 industry practitioners. These were analyzed both quantitative qualitative perspectives analyze development, structural equation modeling was used relationship between motivation, barriers, social networks, satisfaction. Results results indicate that motivation significantly positively influences satisfaction, while individuals with high satisfaction perceive fewer barriers. In addition, influenced individuals’ perceptions discrimination. also found networks play an important supportive role extensive increase Individuals more resilient face external willing retrain improve their occupational skills. Discussion To promote industries, market policies should optimize create fair inclusive work environments for industries. By eliminating gender, age, racial discrimination providing employee support programs, opportunities can be effectively enhanced. Conclusion Rapid technological updates, pressure, cross-cultural are main challenges today. suggests governments enterprises jointly provide flexible vocational training help adapt rapidly changing environment.
