This research addresses the problem of multi-objective resource allocation or deficits, offering robust answers to planning decisions that involve elementary question: “How is it done?”. The solution realized using general scheme multi-criteria decision-making in uncertain conditions. bases proposed are associated with possibilistic approach, which involves generalization fuzzy sets from classical approach process uncertainty information produce (non-dominated) solutions analysis.
