Monitoring land use, buildings, and vegetation index of ecotourism areas in North Halmahera can support planning space utilization urban for tourist as the concept use management planning. This study offers ideas analyzing distribution index, mangrove area Regency using spatio-temporal analysis method. The method comprises several stages: data selection, preprocessing, integration, spatial analysis, temporal visualization, interpretation understanding, visualization. results this show that changes livelihood strategy local people, from farmers fishermen to traders, also affect patterns, agricultural activities economic activities, which triggers an increase number buildings production product distribution. implications these findings on development programs policies infrastructure are consider community livelihoods or behavior based vegetation, soil, building values. Thus, intensification values 2013-2023 reflect people's strategies agrarian trade fishermen's tourism transportation service providers.
