Digital and Information Literacy in Basic-Education Teachers: A Systematic Literature Review

Digital
transformation
has
become
constant
and
forced
governments
to
reevaluate
the
validity
of
their
educational
models;
therefore,
regarding
digital
information
literacy,
train
teachers
improve
new
skills
becomes
essential.
For
these
reasons,
this
research
will
explore
instruction
in
literacy
basic
education;
likewise,
there
be
an
observation
research’s
theoretical-methodological
characteristics
related
variables,
and,
also,
we
carry
out
analysis
most
pertinent
contributions
on
impact
literacies
competencies
teaching–learning
processes
education,
with
purpose
obtaining
a
current
state
overview
its
teacher
training
within
framework
technologies’
usage
linked
teaching.
This
review
was
based
guidelines
PRISMA
protocol,
select
56
documents,
Scopus
Web
Science
(WoS)
databases
were
used.
The
results
show
that,
database,
Spain
is
country
subject,
29%
total,
followed
by
Indonesia,
6%,
United
States,
4%,
that
articles
focus
mainly
social
sciences
computer
science.
Likewise,
WoS,
subject
Spain,
30%,
Russia,
10%,
Norway,
8%,
revolve
around
categories
education
communication.
topic
uses
quantitative
approach
68%,
qualitative
25%
mixed
7%.
It
shown
direct
relationship
between
competency.
In
addition,
it
also
emphasized
are
continuous
long-term
processes.
More
didactic
proposals
would
necessary,
over
government
policies
efforts,
achieve
community
high
level
literacy.

(SDGs).

emerges
robust
technique
ensuring
methodological
rigor
competency
assessment,
confirming
theoretical
models
empirical
data.

underscores

статье
проведен
анализ
влияния
работы
в
условиях
развития
цифровой
образовательной
среды
на
развитие
компетенции
педагогов.
Раскрыто
понятие
и
очерчена
структура
понятия.
На
основании
эмпирического
исследования
проведена
оценка
научно-теоретической,
информационной,
методической
дидактической
компетентностей
педагогов,
входящих
структуру
компетенции.
Цель
–
выявление
значимых
различий
формировании
педагогов
при
проведении
педагогического
эксперимента.
Эмпирическим
путем
доказано,
что
цифровая
образовательная
среда
формирует
цифровую
компетенцию
педагога,
развивает
расширяет
ее.
Выделены
условия
формирования
к
которым
отнесены:

организационно-методические,
подразумевающие
устойчивость
межличностного
взаимодействия,
развитость
информационно-образовательной
среды,
согласованность
содержательных
процессуальных
компонентов
профессиональной
деятельности

применение
обучении

ресурсов,
обеспечивающих
методическую
поддержку
коммуникативного
взаимодействия
между
педагогом
учеником

образовательного
учреждения;

операционной
поведенческой
готовности
обучающих;
количество
инициирующих
трансляцию

накопленного

персонала,

переподготовке
инновационной
деятельности,

учреждения,
а

стремлении

образования
