The study investigates the effectiveness of new compositions based on thiosulfonates and biogenic surfactants in combating phytopathogenic microorganisms such as Agrobacterium tumefaciens Clavibacter michiganensis . use a rhamnolipid biocomplex combination with significantly enhanced antimicrobial activity reduced minimum inhibitory bactericidal concentrations agents. Combinations rhamnolipids proved more effective than alone, demonstrating reduction required by approximately 50%. effect permeability microbial cell membranes was studied measuring amount extracellular protein released. results showed that increased membrane permeability, which turn heightened bacterial sensitivity to applied biocidal proposed environmentally friendly can be used create plant protection products, contributing chemical load environment minimizing risk developing biocide- resistant forms phytopathogens.

The study analyzes various weed control methods and their impact on corn yield soil fertility. research was conducted in the steppe region, where infestation is a major concern for agricultural productivity. Mechanical chemical treatments were applied across experimental plots to assess effectiveness reducing biomass enhancing crop performance. It determined that uncontrolled growth significantly affects pollination grain productivity of corn, yields by up 47.8%. most effective achieved combining herbicides with limited mechanical cultivation, which ensured optimal moisture, nutrient, light conditions growth. also examined effects fertility, noting positive correlation between reduced improved nutrient retention. In this study, the conditions for submerged biosynthesis of antibiotic landomycin A by strain Streptomyces cyanogenus S137 were investigated. Various nutrient media based on soybean and corn extracts tested to enhance product yield. Optimal fermentation parameters, including temperature, stirring speed, duration, established. The study demonstrated that modifications in components cultivation allow an yield up 80 μg/ml, with a significant reduction cost. most effective temperature 25 ± 1°C intensity 230 rpm. results showed using flour extract as alternative expensive soy tryptone significantly improves efficiency while lowering production costs. Additionally, exhibited high demand aeration, achieved through increased agitation speed. findings provide valuable insights optimizing industrial demonstrate potential cost-effective large-scale production. This research contributes advancement microbial biotechnology offers practical approaches enhancing economic viability manufacturing settings.
