Malatya is one of the top thirty exporting provinces in Turkey thanks to its geographical location and other characteristics. has managed diversify exports export markets over years. This study evaluates the performance of China Taipei firms in global business environment, focusing on role firm-level factors, geographical setting context, internationalization, and product diversification. This study analyzed the competitiveness of Peru’s exports grapes, blueberries, avocados, and asparagus from 2019 to 2023. Data were obtained customs declarations all exporting companies products, along with data International Trade Center. Competitiveness was measured using absolute revealed comparative advantage (RCA) index. The results indicate notable growth in grapes while avocados face challenges market exporter diversification. The study examines how Peru could maintain the sustainability of its blueberry exports through market diversification and competitiveness. Using a quantitative approach, Herfindahl–Hirschman Index (HHI) Balassa were calculated. results showed impressive growth in key markets such as United States, where grew by an average 115.03% annually, robust Netherlands Kingdom. Despite these increases, identified high concentration specific markets, particularly HHI ranged from 2896 to 3828 throughout evaluated period, indicating significant dependence. Regarding RCA, values that has maintained solid comparative advantage, especially towards fluctuated between 0.09 0.55 study, specialization efficiency export blueberries this market. conclusions highlight that, although achieved remarkable demonstrated competitive capabilities, it faces challenge effectively diversifying markets. La problemática de las agroexportaciones en Lambayeque incluye la falta infraestructura adecuada y acceso limitado a tecnologías modernas, reduciendo competitividad los productores locales el mercado internacional. Los agricultores enfrentan escasez agua degradación del suelo, afectando producción calidad cantidad. burocracia barreras arancelarias limitan aún más crecimiento sector. Es crucial implementar políticas apoyo e inversión innovación agrícola para superar estos desafíos. Objetivo: analizar tendencias exportaciones agrícolas Lambayeque, enfocándose volumen exportado, cantidad países destino subpartidas exportadas. Materiales métodos: Estudio diseño observacional, descriptivo longitudinal con enfoque cuantitativo, abarcó datos empresas agropecuarias desde año 2000 hasta 2023. Resultados: Mostraron un número destino, 6 39 2023, una ampliación 3 110 mismo periodo. Además, valor FOB aumentó 1.1 millones dólares 175.2 Conclusiones: Resaltan importancia planificación estratégica públicas promover diversificación mejora productos agroexportables. El espárrago genera divisas extranjeras al Perú, pero depende demasiado del mercado de Estados Unidos, por ello, se evalúan nuevos destinos. Se prueba que existen destinos alternativos rentables para el peruano analizando variables macroeconómicas, la rentabilidad con beneficio bruto y riesgo exportación, en entornos riesgo, aplicando software @Risk, incidencia precio FOB (Free on Board, Libre a bordo) costos exportación espárragos. encontró los mejores exportar espárragos peruanos, según ponderada son: Suiza, Noruega, Suecia, Italia Corea Sur. recomienda realizar este análisis otros productos mercados.

The study comprehensively examines the diversification of asparagus exports from Peru, concentrating its analysis on strategic markets and companies as pivotal for fostering sustainable growth in agricultural sector. Utilizing a descriptive non-experimental quantitative methodology, research analyzed export data spanning 2018 to 2023. This was performed using Herfindahl-Hirschman index (HHI) (Arbulú Ballesteros et al., 2024), tool designed measure market concentration levels (Montes Ninaquispe, Pantaleón Santa María, Arbulú Ballesteros, 2023). findings reveal significant ongoing dependence American market, highlighting it primary destination.
