Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping healthcare, offering transformative potential for diagnostics, treatment, and patient management. Despite its growing significance, there limited integration of AI education in medical curricula, raising concerns about the readiness future healthcare professionals to utilize technologies. Background: Sleep quality is crucial for patient recovery and well-being, yet hospitalized patients often suffer from poor sleep due to environmental disruptions, clinical routines, psychosocial stressors. While these challenges are well-documented, qualitative insights into nurses’ perspectives—essential frontline providers shaping the environment—are scarce, especially within rapidly evolving healthcare systems like Saudi Arabia’s. This study explores perceptions of factors influencing in a private hospital Al Ahsa, Arabia, identifies strategies improvement. Methods: We conducted qualitative, cross-sectional using semi-structured interviews with 14 registered nurses diverse nationalities, specialties (Obstetrics/Gynecology, Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Intensive Care, Orthopedics, Bariatrics), experience levels. Interviews were Arabic or English, audio-recorded, transcribed, thematically analyzed ATLAS.ti software. Roy’s Adaptation Model guided examination environmental, patient-specific, systemic affecting sleep. Findings: Four primary themes emerged: (1). Environmental Factors: noise alarms, equipment, family presence, late-night activities, along abrupt lighting changes, consistently disrupted (2). Patient-Specific pain, emotional distress, cultural expectations, involvement influenced experiences. (3). Systemic Contextual language barriers, infrastructural disparities between governmental hospitals, limited resources can impeded effective sleep-promoting strategies. (4). Role Health Technology: recognized potential innovations smart wearable monitors enhance but faced implementation knowledge gaps familiarity. highlighted how adaptation through physiological cognitive–emotional pathways, as observed by nurses, was facilitated hindered factors. Conclusions: Enhancing in-hospital requires holistic, culturally sensitive approach that integrates modifications, patient-centered care, improvements. Strategic investments staff communication training, upgrades, support services, adoption health technologies promote adaptive responses optimize rest. Childhood injuries are a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, with mothers often being the first responders in such emergencies. In Saudi Arabia, despite high educational attainment, maternal preparedness for pediatric aid remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate knowledge, attitudes, practices (KAP) concerning Riyadh, focus on identifying key gaps informing interventions line Arabia’s Vision 2030. descriptive cross-sectional surveyed 385 residing Riyadh between May September 2023. Data were collected through structured validated questionnaire available Arabic English, distributed via social media platforms. The assessed socio-demographic characteristics, regarding aid. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, statistics non-parametric tests (Mann–Whitney U Kruskal–Wallis) employed analyze group differences. reliability instruments measured Cronbach’s alpha (α = 0.867). majority (69.2%) aged 20 40 years, 66.1% held university degree. Background: Heart failure (HF) is a significant health burden associated with severe morbidity, mortality, and hospitalization costs it poses challenges not only to individuals their families but also societal governmental resources. In fact, nurses are indispensable in managing HF patients. The success of patient self-care preparation through education relies on the patient's abilities attitude nurse's proficiency these tasks knowledge attitudes can significantly impact outcomes. This study aimed evaluate nurses' regarding management Saudi Arabia. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among convenience sample 218 employed at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Tabuk, Data were collected an online questionnaire two sections: one assessing other evaluating toward it. data collection took place between March June 2024. Chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) are a significantly major cause of mortality in Saudi Arabia, with their progression frequently involving comorbidities and exacerbations that extend beyond the lungs. This review considers current state pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) this being well-known non-pharmacological intervention to help control reduce burden CRDs, highlighting intervention’s availability, multidisciplinary approach, integration within healthcare system, as well examining diseases’ contribution overall symptom severity, impairing daily activities worsening patient’s quality life. This scoping review aimed to evaluate the current state of virtual reality (VR) implementation in dental education and practice Saudi Arabia, highlighting its advantages challenges. Studies VR applications for education, skills development, or anxiety/pain management involving students practitioners were included. Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in nursing practice is revolutionising healthcare by enhancing clinical decision-making and patient care. However, the adoption of AI registered nurses, especially varied settings such as Saudi Arabia, remains underexplored. Understanding facilitators barriers from perspective frontline nurses crucial for successful implementation. This study aimed to explore nurses' perspectives on Arabia propose an extended Technology Acceptance Model Nursing (TAM-AIN). A qualitative utilising focus group discussions was conducted with 48 four major facilities Al-Kharj, Arabia. Thematic analysis, guided framework, employed analyse data. Key included perceived benefits care (85%), strong organisational support (70%), comprehensive training programs (75%). Primary involved technical challenges (60%), ethical concerns regarding privacy (55%), fears job displacement (45%).
