In the context of an economic downturn, organizations need to continuously improve their performance requirements for employees, and in macro environment intensified competition, motivate employees innovate order seize development opportunities. Flexibly adjusting internal pressure organization while ensuring organizational vitality can promote employee adaptive growth achieve sustainable organization. However, impact on ambidextrous innovation is currently unknown. Based this, this article explores positive effects influencing through job involvement from perspective Affective Events Theory uses workplace fun as a moderating variable analyze logic long-term motivation organizations. This conducted survey analysis 362 in-service enterprises institutions found following: (1) has significant innovation; (2) plays partial mediating role between exploratory (3) effect relationship exploitative innovation, higher level fun, stronger innovation.
